By downloading, accessing, or using Deenly (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

 

1. Overview of Service

Deenly provides digital Islamic lifestyle tools, including but not limited to:

• Qur’an recitation and reading
• Prayer times and reminders
• Qibla direction
• Dhikr and Tasbeeh tools
• Duas and Islamic articles
• Educational and faith-based resources

These Terms govern your use of all features, content, and services provided through the App and website.

 

2. License to Use the App

Deenly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the App
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for commercial exploitation
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

All rights not expressly granted remain with Deenly.

 

3. Eligibility

To use Deenly, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.

 

4. Account Registration

Some features require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

 

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the security or operation of the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Use the App in a way that harms Deenly or its users

Any violation may result in immediate termination.

 

6. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If Deenly allows submission of content (comments, feedback, messages & reviews):

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Deenly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and use such content for the purpose of operating the Service.
• You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Deenly reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, including text, design, graphics, code, audio, video, and logos, is owned or licensed by Deenly and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

 

8. Religious Disclaimer

Deenly strives to provide content rooted in authentic Islamic sources. However:

• Interpretations may vary across schools of thought.
• Content is for educational purposes only.
• Users are encouraged to consult qualified scholars for specific religious rulings.

Deenly does not issue formal fatwas.

 

9. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

Certain features may require payment.

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store and Google Play).
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for managing subscriptions via your App Store account.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Deenly does not control App Store refund policies.

Free trials (if offered) will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

 

10. Advertising (If Applicable)

If advertising is displayed:

• Ads are served by third-party networks.
• Deenly does not control ad content.
• We aim to avoid inappropriate categories.

Deenly is not responsible for outcomes resulting from third-party advertisements.

 

11. Third-Party Services & APIs

Deenly may integrate with services such as:

• Google Maps
• Apple services
• YouTube APIs
• Cloud hosting providers
• PayPal or any payment providers

Your use of those services is subject to their respective Terms & Privacy Policies.

Deenly is not responsible for third-party services.

 

12. No Warranty

The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Deenly makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Continuous, uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the App is at your own risk.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deenly shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions
• Technical failures
• Decisions made based on App content

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deenly, its team, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You misuse the platform

Upon termination:

• All rights granted to you cease immediately.

16. Internet & Device Responsibility

Deenly does not provide internet access.
You are responsible for:

• Mobile data charges

17. Force Majeure

Deenly shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Government actions
• War or terrorism
• Power failures
• Network outages

18. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

• Changes will be posted with a new Effective Date.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
• If you disagree, you must stop using the App.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, New Jersey.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in the State of New Jersey, United States.

 

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deenly regarding use of the App.

 

21. Nonprofit Status & Donations

Deenly operates as a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in the United States.

Tax ID (EIN): 33-4985036.

As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization:

• Donations to Deenly are voluntary and support the organization’s development, maintenance, educational initiatives, dawah efforts, operational costs, and community programs.
• Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable U.S. law.
• No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated.
• All donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Deenly maintains full discretion over the allocation and use of donated funds in furtherance of its charitable mission.
